Title:Integrated Systems of Information and Energy: Research and Applications

Presenter:Dr. Xianqi Lin, Vice Dean/Professor (Changjiang Research Institute, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Huzhou)

Date:January 8, 2024 (Monday) 14:00

Location:Meeting Room 5, Jade Science and Education Building

Abstract:

Integrated systems of information and energy refer to systems that integrate information transmission and energy transfer functions, providing both information interaction and energy supply for wireless devices. These systems hold tremendous application prospects in smart homes, the Internet of Things, biomedical fields, and power supply and control for special environmental equipment. This presentation will review the current research status of integrated systems of information and energy both domestically and internationally. Drawing upon the long-term research experience of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and the research institute team, we will distill the key technologies of integrated systems and share some of our latest research findings. Finally, we will discuss the future development trends of related systems and technologies, hoping to engage in cross-disciplinary cooperation with more research and development teams.
